Rio Arriba Adult Literacy Program

The Rio Arriba Adult Literacy Program (RAALP) is dedicated to empowering adults in Rio Arriba and Los Alamos Counties through literacy and education. We provide free, one-on-one tutoring and small group sessions to help adults improve their reading, writing, and English language skills. Our program fosters independence, enhances job opportunities, and strengthens family connections by equipping learners with essential tools for success.
