All Individuals First, Inc. is a non-profit Customized Community Supports (CCS) program for adults with developmental disabilities. We take great pride in the quality of our services and the dedication of our staff.

As a truly person-centered program, the individuals we serve are at the heart of everything we do. With guidance from our staff and guardians, clients actively dictate their own program to ensure their support aligns with their unique goals.

As the sole Community-Centered Services (CCS) program for adults with developmental disabilities in Los Alamos County, we are dedicated to fostering independence, strengthening interpersonal relationships, building social networks, and promoting full participation in typical community life. We provide a safe and caring atmosphere, tailoring our support to meet each client's unique needs and desires.

At All Individuals First, we are committed to delivering personalized services with the highest levels of client satisfaction – we will do everything possible to exceed your expectations.

We spend about half of our time actively engaged in the community. Our activities include shopping, hiking, swimming, dining out, playing miniature golf, watching movies, visiting museums, exploring the library, and enjoying local parks. We also volunteer at thrift stores, daycares, food banks, senior centers, and pre-schools. The remaining time is filled with arts and crafts, socializing, playing games, working on puzzles, practicing cooking skills, and simply having fun.

We also have a gift shop full of the individuals' artwork that is open to the public on Wednesdays from 8 am - 4:30 pm at our location, 3900 Trinity Dr., around the back in the first set of double doors.
